Refund & Return Policy
At Bake ‘n Bite, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all products unless there has been an error on our side in the packaging, handling, or if the incorrect order was received.
As our products are perishable, all sales are final.
We understand that issues may arise during transit; however, Bake ‘n Bite is not responsible for any orders that are lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered by the courier. Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Proof of the issue (photos/videos) may be required to complete the evaluation.
Shipping
Bake ‘n Bite is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the courier or third-party shipping carriers

Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier

Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer

Shipments that cannot be delivered on the first attempt

Deliveries made to unattended locations where the parcel is left outdoors

Damage occurring during transit, including melting, once the courier has taken possession

Weather delays, mechanical failures, or any circumstances outside our control
We do not cover or reimburse reshipping fees resulting from any of the above circumstances.
No Refunds / No Returns
Because our products are made to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the error was caused by Bake ‘n Bite (incorrect order, packaging error, or handling mistake).
In such cases, we will work with you to ensure you receive the correct product.
